THE IMPORTANCE TO LOOK AFTER OUR REPRODUCTION HEALTH

WHY MUST WE LOOK HYGIENE AND HEALTH AFTER OF REPRODUCTION?

Here, because i’m a girl, i would like to explain how important it is to keep the female genital.
First, It’s very important for excretion process. Why? If our reproduction organ (spesific  on vagina) get diseases, we will get hard when we have to take pee. Then, if our reproduction organ have a disease, it’ll be influence all of the body, certainly, all body will get the effects. And if we get a leukorrhea, surely, vagina will feel so itch and so smells, and it can cause discomforts of woman.
I would like to tell some about the importance of male genital.
If the male genital of man has disease like gonorrhea, it’ll disturb when taking pee. Then, if male genital have disease, it’ll be influence all body.
So, the important of take care of hygiene and health of reproduction organ are, genital organ that health, also effect all of our body part healthy. And the healthy and the hygiene of the genital organ can bring comfortable of genital organ.
So, how to look hygine and health after of our reproduction?
     Women
-         change pads regularly during menstruation
-         use the underpants that clean and hygiene
-         select the underpants that allowing pores to breathe and not too crowded or tight
-         pouring the water in the floor of WC, after and before use
-         Check and look the genital organ after regularly
-         Not using the soap that has high pH
-         Care the humidty of genital organ
-         Wash the vagina mouth softly with warm water
-         Avoid free sex and add the knowledge of religion

Men
-         Care the temperature of the male genital
-         Use the underpants that clean and hygiene
-         Not take pee carelessly
-         Always look the genital organ  regularly
-         Avoid free sex and add the knowledge of religion
