Dream and Reality

Human is one of living things in this world yet has special common sense to control what she/he does. Human has much lust and also ambition. Thus, human will never be satisfied of what she/he does. They might reach the peak of happiness but they will never reach the peak of satisfaction due to much ambition. Much ambition will make the human always try and try how to fulfill their wants. But, have we ever thought that we live in this world are not only to chase our wants (and dreams too) but also to do what we can do with our reality, our ability?

People said that we should hang our dreams as high as the highest star we gaze at. But, could everybody do that without looking at their reality and ability? Do that quote is could applied at all human being? Could that quote makes everybody motivate themselves not to give their dream up easily although the reality and their ability are only on average? Or even could the quote makes many people feel so sad because they must look at the reality so they just could hang their dream at specific star with specific high? Or maybe could the quote makes many people are just like someone who is chasing a flying pig?

First, many people are having special and rare chance just to run and pursue their dreams since they have special ability (truly gifted) and supporting fund for their studies from their family, or maybe from the specific organization, or maybe from government. The lucky one is the people that could pursue their dreams without thinking any fund that needed, because they can prove their extraordinary ability so they can get many fund or scholarship. And they do not need to think about the fund because they were born as a member of family that has enough wealth to support their dreams. People with this condition are really matched if we relate them with quote above. They can choose their dreams freely because everyone knows that they can get their dreams easily. 

In the other hand, there are many people that were born as an ordinary person. They must try and work hardly to fulfill their dreams. If they do not work hard, they will never feel satisfied because their dreams will just be a flying pig in their life. They must save their money to pay their own education tuition if they do not have any scholarship, and they must study harder because they should be smart  and have good ability although they were born as an ordinary person.

Back to the main idea of this writing, we all know that people never get satisfied as long as they live in this world. They always try to be better, better, better even try to be the best of all. Although they have enough or may be much more reached goal, they still feel not satisfied enough. This is normal instinct that human have and i totally agree that each of the human being has this instinct, the differences are only on how they could control their instinct and how they could be grateful of what they have now.

The most powerful key is be grateful of what we have. Yes, by being a grateful person, we can control our lust well, so, we will not become a greedy person. Being grateful does not mean giving up our dreams. By being grateful, we will know who we are so well, what our special ability is, what we should dream about, how we can get our dream, and we will know is it possible if we dream about something with what we have now, so that we will approximate the kind of dream that is suitable for us. Because if we dream a lot, and a lot of our dreams is not suitable with our ability even when we have already worked so hard, we will just get a lot of  disappointment and a little satisfaction if  we get our dream, but in a little portion, not on a portion as what we want.

Dreaming a lot is not prohibited for everyone, because dreaming is a right of all people. It also could motivate everybody to be a best version of themselves. But it much better if we dream about something that suitable for our real target and our ability could support us to reach them and also will make us feel so much grateful to live in this world. We should walk our pathway, our reality, with a lot of work, confidence, courage, and prayer, and get our best highest dream ever.

Do not forget, everybody has different methods, times, force, values, result, etc. to be a successful person. Just be patient and keep working and moving forward to get your success, your best dreams ever. Once again, there is still a miracle from God. Do the best, let God do the rest. We could make plans, but God decides.
